"I purchased a new air condition that didn’t work. The store blamed the air condition company and they again blamed the store for wrongful installation. After months of complaining I got nowhere. They always said they would call back and never did. I contacted another air condition repair company in Malaga. They came and said a part was not working and they would come back the next week. They never came back. They promised several times but never showed up. This is a long story made short. I was frustrated. I saw an ad in the Sur newspaper. Williams Refrigeration. The ad stated Air Conditioning installation, service and repair. I called Williams. Calling Williams changed everything. He came the same day I called. I suspect it was a lucky coincident he had an opening that afternoon. He took the broken part with him and repaired it. A couple days later he returned with the part he had fixed. My air condition is now working perfectly! I highly recommend Williams! He was very friendly and very reliable! He did a fantastic job! Finally. I had called the right person for the job! As far as I am concerned, Williams is the best!! "
