Highly recommend Simon at Williams. I wouldn’t use anyone else whether it’s servicing an existing aircon or fitting a new one (I’ve used Simon for a number of years and he’s installed two air cons over that time for me, with the second last year.

Simon has done several jobs for us over the years both with installation and maintenance of our Air conditioning and heating. He regularly services our AC units in our office and at home. He is always courteous and does what he says he is going to do. We have needed to call him out urgently on a couple of occasions and he has always been able to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon for any job, large or small.

I have used this company for 8 years, I have found them to be reliable, honest, economical, combined with excellent workmanship.
We manage over 60 apartments, so, it is important to us to look after our guests comfort and our owners.

Simon serviced our air conditioning and updated it. He also fitted a new heating system for our pool and a new filtration system that also needed updating.
He is a a reliable, punctual and professional worker. His quotes are realistic and no hidden costs. He offers good advice and is very very patience ( we are pensioners) when giving instructions.
Simon checked back with us after the work was completed to see if everything was still as it should be. After sale is excellent and he never minds a phone call to ask for advise.
Simon is an excellent worker and we would highly recommend him.

Highly recommended by other tradesmen.Contacted via whatsapp where Simon confirmed & offered his services.I was given a choice of air con units,there cost and the pro’s & cons of each make of unit.I confirmed my choice and the cost to install.
A date & time was agreed.He came and installed the unit.
We are very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship.Would recommend him to anyone.1st class👍

From first site visit for advice and quote through to after sales care Simon at Williams Refrigeration has been outstanding.

Having needed to use airconditioning for many years I once fell into the trap of buying cheap and getting a friend of a friend to do the installation – NEVER AGAIN.

With the honest straight forward advice Simon gives, coupled with his attention to detail and quality installation he may not be the cheapest to start with but from my experience you get what you pay for. This cant be more applicable to aircon in Spain, so I would have no hesitation recommending Williams Refrigeration. The units I purchased, the installation and the after sales care (he needed to return a few months later as the water exhaust pipe had become detached, he was around the following morning) all exceeded my expectations.
For any future work I only need to contact him and I can consider it done, which is important for me. As I dont live in Spain all year round I’m able to rely on Simon to provide help over the phone or do a site visit while I am not there, the security camera’s pick up his visit and work so I cant be happier with his punctuality and honesty.
